What we collect

• Orders: when you buy, our checkout provider processes your name, email, billing details and payment. We receive your name, email and order details so we can deliver your download and support you. We never see your full card number.
• Email updates: if you sign up, we keep your email address to send updates until you unsubscribe.
• Contact: messages you send us by email.

How we use it

To deliver purchases, provide support, send updates you asked for, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Who we are

Quilt Plan Kit is operated by J. W. Stein in the United States. Contact: jwstein2@gmail.com.

Service providers

• Lemon Squeezy runs our checkout and is the merchant of record. It collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy and shares your name, email and order details with us.
• MailerLite stores your email address if you sign up for updates.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and our order records (order number, amount, tax, product and date; no names, emails or card details). If we enable Cloudflare Web Analytics, it counts visits without cookies.
• Google (Gmail) receives emails you send us.

Legal basis and retention

We process order data to fulfil your purchase and meet tax obligations, and keep it for up to 7 years. We send email updates only with your consent, until you unsubscribe. We keep support emails for up to 2 years. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries under their own safeguards.
