Refund Policy

Last updated 2026-11-06

Our products are digital downloads. If your file is defective, will not open, or is not as described, email jwstein2@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details. We will send a working file or give you a full refund.

Because files can't be returned once downloaded, we don't otherwise offer refunds for change of mind. This does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
